To evaluate performance under demanding conditions, the spray was tested using contamination levels significantly higher than those typically encountered in homes, clinics, kennels, or animal care environments. The testing criteria were deliberately strict, with even a single surviving organism considered a failure.
Results showed that at realistic contamination levels, the disinfectant eliminated the organisms tested completely. Only under extremely high and unrealistic contamination levels did a very small number remain. The organism used in testing is also known to be more resistant than Giardia itself, indicating that the spray is likely to perform even more effectively against the parasite in practical use.
When used according to instructions, this disinfectant can provide reliable protection against Giardia and help reduce the risk of infection in hygienic environments. Its oxygen-based hydrogen peroxide formulation demonstrated consistent performance under rigorous testing conditions.
